Smuuny Terms of Use

Smuuny is a personal finance tracking application operated by Web Trade Ltd., a limited liability company registered in Bulgaria (“Smuuny”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Smuuny helps users record and understand their personal finances, including available money, income, expenses, budgets, credit card usage, and debts.

By creating an account or using Smuuny, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Smuuny is not restricted exclusively to adults. Minors may use Smuuny subject to applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except where such activity results from circumstances outside your reasonable control.

You agree to provide accurate information where required for account creation and to keep relevant account information reasonably up to date.

Smuuny allows you to manually enter information about your personal finances.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you enter.

Smuuny may calculate or display information based on the data you provide. If the information you enter is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, the resulting calculations and displays may also be inaccurate.

Smuuny is a personal finance tracking and organizational tool.

Smuuny does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, banking, lending, or other professional advice.

Information, calculations, summaries, budgets, balances, and other content shown by Smuuny are provided for personal informational and organizational purposes only.

You are responsible for your own financial decisions and should seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.

Smuuny is not a bank, payment institution, lender, credit provider, investment service, or financial intermediary.

Smuuny does not hold, transfer, lend, invest, or manage money on your behalf.

Smuuny currently relies primarily on financial information that users manually enter into the application.

You agree not to use Smuuny to:

• violate applicable laws or regulations;
• gain unauthorized access to another person's account or data;
• interfere with or disrupt the security, availability, or operation of Smuuny;
• introduce malicious software or harmful code;
• attempt to bypass technical or security protections;
• use the service for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes; or
• misuse Smuuny in a way that may harm other users, the service, or its infrastructure.

Smuuny, including its software, design, branding, interface, text, and other original content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for rights expressly granted to you under these Terms, no ownership rights in Smuuny are transferred to you.

You retain responsibility for information and content that you choose to enter into your account.

We aim to keep Smuuny available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Smuuny may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, infrastructure problems, updates, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may modify, add, remove, or improve features over time.

Where a change materially affects users' rights or obligations, we may provide appropriate notice.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to Smuuny where reasonably necessary, including in cases of serious violation of these Terms, unlawful use, abuse, security risks, or threats to the service or other users.

Where reasonably possible and legally appropriate, we may provide notice before taking such action.

You may stop using Smuuny at any time.

Smuuny is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that Smuuny will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every user's individual financial circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, right, or protection that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from the use of or inability to use Smuuny.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Smuuny is not responsible for losses resulting from financial decisions made based solely on information entered into or displayed by the application.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

Your use of Smuuny is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is processed and protected.

We may update these Terms from time to time, including where necessary to reflect changes to Smuuny, applicable law, or the way the service operates.

When these Terms are updated, we will change the “Last updated” date above.

Where required by applicable law, we may provide additional notice of material changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of your country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
